1st Annual Matthews Moonlight Cornhole Tournament

WHAT A DAY!

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our first annual Cornhole Tournament on June 6, 2022. Together, we raised over $5000 to help light the way for families experiencing the loss of a child AND we collected dozens of gifts to share with kids fighting cancer — oh, and we had a lot of fun too!!

A big CONGRATULATIONS to our winners, the Rambling Jackets, who rallied back from the elimination board. And Congrats to Nick and Joe for taking home second place.

We gotta shout out some THANK YOUS to everyone who made this wonderful day possible….. Our volunteers are incredible, and worked so hard to make this day so successful. Our friends at @CB Woodworking once again created a wonderful set of boards for our foundation. DJ John, Jenn Buonadonna & To The Moon Bounce and Party Rentals provided excellent entertainment for all. And our food vendors – Newtown Square Pizza, Delco Steaks and Tyler’s Water Ice – kept everyone happy and well fed.

Most of all THANK YOU to everyone who came out to play, to donate a toy, or to hang out. Together, we’re keeping Matthew’s light shining in our community.

1st Annual Matthews Moonlight Golf Outing & Luncheon

On Thursday, October 7th, the Matthew’s Moonlight Foundation will be hosted our 1st annual Golf Outing & luncheon. The day was filled with golf, food, open bar, raffles, and fun. It is our first major event for our foundation and we could not be more excited about how it turned out.

July 2021 NSPL Matthew’s Moonlight Foundation Softball Tournament

June 2021 Kisses for Kyle Toy Drive in Honor of Matthew’s 9th Birthday

Matthew would have turned 9 years old on his birthday, June 19th, 2021. Like in 2020, we wanted to celebrate his life and honor his memory so we asked friends and family to bring gifts. This time, with a little more coordination, beyond word of mouth, we set up Amazon wish lists and a few drop boxes throughout the area. We far exceeded our prior year Kisses for Kyle Birthday Klub contributions.

The gifts you all donated at Matthew’s Birthday found their way to excited recipients when the Kisses for Kyle Foundation hosted a “Christmas in July” event last weekend!

Santa was even on hand to help these amazing kiddos pick out the perfect present!

And, thanks to the generosity of all of our supporters, they’ll have plenty of gifts left to celebrate Christmas again at their Christmas in August event!

Thank you to the Kisses for Kyle Foundation for letting us partner with you. We love that we were able to spread a little light to these families.

June 2020 Kisses for Kyle Toy Drive in Honor of Matthew’s 8th Birthday

Matthew would have turned 8 years old on his birthday, June 19th, 2020. We wanted to celebrate his life and honor his memory so we asked friends and family to bring gifts. Word spread quickly and we ended collecting enough gifts to donate to the Kisses for Kyle Birthday Klub. This foundation helps families battling childhood cancer. The birthday klub provides a special gift to those children on and off treatment, as well as their siblings. We hope to continue this relationship with this amazing foundation.
